KJP Studio is a home lifestyle brand founded by Swedish textile designer Katherine Jean Plumb.

The brand started after Katherine studied textile design at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in 2018, where she fell in love with the process of screen printing. After the brand was established, Katherine spent a lot of time looking for the right manufacturing factories according to product categories to produce each product with the best quality and manufacturing control. For example, the soft, fluffy towels are made from organic cotton in a factory near Porto, Portugal, or the organic linen throw pillowcases are screen-printed and manufactured by a small family business in Slovenia.

First cleaning:

✿ Before using it for the first time, please soak the towel in clean water at about 30°C for about 5 minutes.

✿ After soaking, the towel can be placed in a laundry bag and washed in the washing machine to remove excess lint and improve water absorbency.

Routine maintenance:

✿ It is recommended to wash towels every 3-5 days. It is best to use 30°C water temperature for cleaning.

✿ After cleaning, please dry naturally in a cool and ventilated place.

✿ If the weather is humid, you can add wool balls and dry them together to increase the softness of the towel and avoid the musty smell.

How to keep towels soft and fluffy for longer?

✿ It is recommended to wash at 30° water temperature and tumble dry at low temperature or air dry naturally; do not bleach or iron.

✿ Use less detergent when washing towels - soap residue often makes towels a little stiff.

✿ If the towel has become a little stiff due to long-term use of detergent, you can add some baking soda when washing, which can not only soften the fiber, but also easily remove stains.

Return/Exchange Policy:
All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned to us in original condition, intactly packaged and undamaged. Please videotape the entire process when you receive the product. If the damaged product needs to be replaced, we will bear the shipping cost.
