We are made from Tencel, which has the best textile technology in Taiwan, and is made with fine weaving threads. Our count selection is based on at least 60 counts and 300 yarns, so it is guaranteed to be comfortable and skin-friendly.

first cleaning

✿ Before putting it into the water for the first time, soak it in clean water with a water temperature of about 30° for 15 minutes (you can also add a little baking soda) to remove excess lint before putting it in the washing machine

✿ After soaking, you can put it in a laundry bag and wash it in the washing machine. After washing, you can air dry it naturally or tumble dry it.

Please note: Since our products have not gone through a chemical pulping process, it is normal for the lint to appear during the first use (you can imagine the cotton will flutter), but it will disappear after 1-2 washes. This situation.

General principles of care

✿ Cleaning instructions: Cleaning the bath mat once a week can reduce the growth of bacterial dirt. It is recommended to wash it at 30° water temperature when cleaning.

✿ Dry after washing: After washing, you can choose to dry it in a cool and ventilated place or in the dryer. After drying, use a vacuum cleaner to remove excess lint in a smooth manner, which can also make the mat softer and more comfortable.

Tencel should be a good material that we feel is very suitable to accompany us to sleep after using it. You will find that the breathability of Tencel will not only prevent you from getting rashes due to stuffy heat, but its delicate touch will help you sleep better at night:)

Return/Exchange Policy:
All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned to us in original condition, intactly packaged and undamaged. Please videotape the entire process when you receive the product. If the damaged product needs to be replaced, we will bear the shipping cost.
