✿Keep dry: After using pottery, clean it and dry it as much as possible to avoid soaking in water for a long time

✿ Avoid collision: Avoid placing pottery in places where it is prone to collision to avoid wear or breakage

How to keep pottery in optimal condition?

✿ Wash with warm water: When cleaning pottery, you can use warm water to rinse it. Avoid using overheated or cold water to avoid damage to the pottery.

✿ Proper maintenance: If necessary, apply a thin layer of maintenance oil on the surface of the pottery to help extend its service life

Return/Exchange Policy:
All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned to us in original condition, intactly packaged and undamaged. Please videotape the entire process when you receive the product. If the damaged product needs to be replaced, we will bear the shipping cost.
