Towel Studio is a small textile studio founded in Berlin, Germany in 2020 by software designer Roman and knitwear developer Mariko.

They pride themselves on producing high-quality towels in small quantities and only starting after ordering, which not only helps reduce waste but also ensures that every step of the production process is done to the highest specification.

First cleaning:

✿ Before using it for the first time, please soak the towel in clean water at about 30°C for about 5 minutes.

✿ After soaking, the towel can be placed in a laundry bag and washed in the washing machine to remove excess lint and improve water absorbency.
✿ Gently stretch it after washing while it is still wet to maintain its original shape.

Routine maintenance:

✿ It is recommended to wash towels every 3-5 days. It is best to use 30°C water temperature for cleaning.

✿ After washing, gently stretch it while it is still wet to maintain its original shape, and dry naturally in a cool and ventilated place.

✿ If the weather is humid, you can add wool balls and dry them together to increase the softness of the towel and avoid the musty smell.

How to keep towels soft and fluffy for longer?

✿ It is recommended to wash at 30° water temperature and tumble dry at low temperature or air dry naturally; do not bleach or iron.

✿ Use less detergent when washing towels - soap residue often makes towels a little stiff.

✿ If the towel has become a little stiff due to long-term use of detergent, you can add some baking soda when washing, which can not only soften the fiber, but also easily remove stains.

Return/Exchange Policy:
All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned to us in original condition, intactly packaged and undamaged. Please videotape the entire process when you receive the product. If the damaged product needs to be replaced, we will bear the shipping cost.
